The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services or these terms at any time without prior notice. Users remain solely responsible for maintaining the security of their wallet credentials and for safeguarding any documents uploaded or processed through the platform.

Privacy Policy

Bloc Doc is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum data required for account access and compliance with legal obligations, and under no circumstances shall we sell or misuse your personal information. While document metadata and cryptographic hashes may be stored on-chain, your actual documents are never retained on our servers.

All interactions with our platform are encrypted and secured through blockchain-based verification methods to prevent unauthorized access.

Legal Disclaimers (UETA/eIDAS)

Bloc Doc’s services are structured to align with the principles of UETA and eIDAS, where applicable. Notwithstanding this alignment, the legal recognition of blockchain-based notarization may vary by jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for verifying that their document processing complies with local legal requirements. Our service offers cryptographic proof of document integrity and authorship, but it does not constitute legal advice or interpretation.
